We want you to be completely satisfied with GPA Bot. If you're not happy with your purchase, we offer a straightforward refund policy.
7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
All paid plans come with a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with GPA Bot for any reason, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase or renewal date.
Monthly Plans
- Full refund available within 7 days of the charge date
- No refunds after the 7-day window has passed
- You may cancel anytime to prevent future charges; your access continues until the end of the billing period
Annual Plans
- Full refund available within 7 days of the charge date
- Prorated refund available within the first 30 days of purchase, calculated based on unused months remaining
- No refunds after 30 days from the charge date
How to Request a Refund
You can request a refund in two ways:
- Email us: Send a refund request to support@gpabot.ai with the email address associated with your account
- Stripe Billing Portal: Access your billing portal from your account page to manage your subscription directly
Processing Time
Refund requests are processed within 1-3 business days. Once processed, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider.
Exceptions
- Refunds are not available for accounts terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service
- Promotional or discounted plans may have modified refund terms, which will be communicated at the time of purchase
Cancellation vs. Refund
Cancelling your subscription and requesting a refund are different actions:
- Cancellation stops future billing. You retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.
- Refund returns the payment for the current billing period. Access to paid features ends once the refund is processed.
